I work with brands, venues, agencies, chefs and thought leaders across food, hospitality, travel and lifestyle - helping them find the story, sharpen how they tell it and get it in front of the right people.
My freelance work spans PR strategy, media relations, launches, brand positioning, content and campaigns, as well as stepping into established teams when they need experienced senior support. I lead accounts and projects, shape strategy, manage workflow and creative, or simply roll up my sleeves and get the work done.
Over the years, I’ve worked both independently and embedded within agency and in-house teams, giving me a good understanding of what it takes to move between big-picture thinking and the day-to-day detail.
I’m particularly drawn to people, places and ideas with a great story behind them – and I bring curiosity, warmth, strong relationships and a sharp eye for what will make people pay attention.
